Hi! I'm Seth. A qualified Early Years care provider, passionate about creating sensory rich environments, connecting community and nature.
With 10 years experience working across the Care Sector, I work with a strong will for inclusivity. As someone with lived experience of the care system and being nuerodivergent, I am driven to create safe spaces for children to thrive.
My experience varies and includes; A Complex Needs Play Worker, an adult mental health Support Worker and within Brighton and Hove’s Children’s Social Care Services.
I now work as a Nursery Senior and SENCo as well as provide respite support for families with neurodivergent children. These roles have inspired my play group sessions. These opportunities have played a huge role in how I meet people where they are and I am committed to working with trauma-informed practice.
I created Sprout with Seth as a network for families to connect, learn play methods alongside their child and offer my hand for those who benefit from additional support.
